Main Expenses

 

  • Registration – $199 (Payable to OPRET)

  • Tuition – $750

  • Books & materials – $150

  • Lab Fee – $100

  • CPR/AED, First Aid Blood Borne pathogen – $90 

 

Main Course Expenses = $1,289.00

3% fee charged by payment processors: $38.67​

Total Main Expenses: $1.289 + $38.67 = $1,327.67​

 

Additional Student Responsibilities

 

  • Certification Exam – $150 (Payable to American Education Certification)
    (To be paid towards the completion of the program)

 

Grand Total Cost = $1477.67  ​

We offer two options: Full Payment option and Installment Payment option

Full Payment: $1,327.67

 

  • The Total Main Expenses of $1,327.67 are due before students can register.​​

Installmental Payment: $442.56 x 3

 

We also have 3 installment payment options: $1,327.67 / 3 = $442.56.

 

  • 1st Installment: $442.56 with registration

  • 2nd Installment: $442.56 two weeks after registration

  • 3rd Installment: $442.56 two weeks after registration

COURSE DETAILS: ONLINE COURSES

 

You do not need to come to the campus to register for an online program. You can register and make your payment online after which you will be provided with the login information. After registration and payment, you will be able to log into your courses and attend the Orientation 101. It is very mandatory that you attend the orientation 101 module.

IN-CLASS PROGRAMS

 

To register for our in-class program, you can come to the campus to register, or download and complete the following forms: 

 

  • CNA-GNA Application Form

  • CMT-Application Form

  • Download Enrollment Form

  • Download Enrollment Agreement Form

ENROLLMENT POLICY/ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Registration is on a first come first serve basis. We open our doors for enrollment from Mondays-Fridays (9:00am-5:00pm) at the school.

 

Requirements:

 

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age is required

  • Proof of current, negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray is required (not older than 6 months)

  • Proof of high school diploma or GED (transcripts required)

  • Proof of Hepatitis B vaccine or must sign a waiver releasing the school of any legal or medical responsibilities resulting from exposure to the Hepatitis Virus

  • A current physical exam (within the last 6 months)

  • Copy of photo ID and social security card (SSC)
