Course Description
Our Restorative Aide Online program is designed to teach you the knowledge required to become a Restorative Care Aide or Restorative Aide. The course has online interactive presentations to keep the learners engaged in the learning process. Various quizzes are available within each module to evaluate the learner’s outcome, these quizzes will give the learner the feedback about their progress into the course as they proceed from one module to another. This course is designed for learner’s who want to advance their career and are unable to do so, due to their work and person obligations.

Perform restorative and therapy tasks on patients as delegated.

Understand and administer other clinical disciplines as advised by the doctors.

Maintain an integrated approach toward patient outcomes through restorative nursing programs

Gather and document patients’ data for restorative therapeutic purposes.

Serve meals to residents and patients in a restorative facility.

Monitor and keep track of changes in residents and patients under restorative nursing care.

Initiate standards and guidelines in restorative nursing practices.

Initiate and implement group and individualized restorative nursing programs.

Assist restorative nursing staff in bathing, dressing and grooming residents and patients.

Course Structure
The course is structured with a course map that will guide the learner to complete the course on time. The course has audio presentation to keeps the learners engaged in the learning process. Various quizzes are available within each module to evaluate the leaner’s outcome, these quizzes and final exams will give the learner the feedback about their progress into the course as they proceed from one module to another.
How to Start the Program
To start an online program, you must register and make your payment to be provided with the login information. After registration and payment, you are to log into your courses and attend the Orientation 101. It is very mandatory that you attend the orientation 101 module.
You will have to attend each module in the course. Within each module, you will be required to take all quizzes. You will be graded for attending each module the accompanying quizzes within each module. You must attend and listen to all the lectures and take all the quizzes.
To complete the online modules of the program you are required to achieve a minimum of 70% on all quizzes and satisfy a 100% attendance. It is recommended that you follow the course plan to complete the program on time.
